Is joining the customer club free?

Absolutely yes!
All you have to do is register on the site and start earning points by buying products and in various other ways.

How do I join the VIP VLINKS CLUB?

It's very simple, once you register on the site you are automatically included.

How do I earn points?

You earn a point for every shekel you order on the site.

You can also earn points by adding followers on Instagram, TikTok, sharing on Facebook, sharing your birthday, adding a comment on the website, and even when your friends buy at a discount with a special link we give you.

How do I redeem points I have earned?

Redeeming your points is easy! On the Club Member page, you can convert your points into a coupon. Copy the coupon you received and use it at checkout to pay less!

A minimum of 200 points and a maximum of 2000 points can be redeemed on each order.

The redemption of the club's points can be realized together with promotional coupons that are published on the site only or a gift card and does not conflict with/cancel the site's coupon code and/or gift card.

There is no duplication of coupons with the benefit coupon at registration.

Redeeming the club's points and the sign-up bonus coupon does not work with influencer coupons.

How do I share the benefit with my friends?

On the club page there is a link that can be sent via WhatsApp to a large number of friends you choose to treat them to: 15% discount on their first purchase

Once they enter through the link you sent them, they will receive a discount code that they will activate at checkout.

After they place their orders, you will receive 300 points for each friend who ordered from us through your link for the first time.

I updated my birthday date - when will I receive the points?

If your birthday falls more than 30 days from the date of registration, you will receive the 250 points on your birthday.

If your birthday falls within: 30 days after registration, you will receive your 250 points 30 days after registration.

I added a follower on social media but I didn't receive points.

To receive the points, click on the black square of the points you want to earn: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and add a follower. If you are already following, just clicking on the square is enough.

If I return items, do my points stay?

Since you earn 1 point for every ₪1 you spend, you will also lose 1 point for every ₪1 you return.

I placed an order and didn't receive my points.

Points are only accumulated on orders placed through the website with a credit card, BitPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay and only when you are logged in to the website. If you are not logged in to the website with your account, points are not accumulated, so it is important that when you place an order, make sure to log in to the website first!

Also, when purchasing using a gift card that you received as a gift, you cannot accumulate points.

By purchasing a gift card for the company while you are logged in to the site, you can earn points.

Can I earn points on purchases I made before I joined the club?

No, the accumulation of points begins from the moment you sign up for the club.

Are points valid?

Points are valid for 6 months. Points will expire if no purchase is made for 6 consecutive months. You can check the validity of points in your rewards history when you are logged in to your account.

Exchange and return policy

• Up to 14 business days and provided the product is not damaged.

• The first exchange on each order is free of charge with a courier to your home up to 5 business days.

• All exchanges after that cost 35 NIS with a courier to the house

How many times can I make a free exchange on the website?

Free exchange is only available once per order.

You can exchange items from an order with free home delivery service only once per order. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you have made all exchanges for the items relevant to you in the order. After that, each additional exchange will cost 35 NIS.

Can the exchange be made at the same time the courier collects the items from me?

Yes, you can make an exchange at that moment. When the courier arrives to deliver the exchanged items, you must also give him the ones you want to return. The exchange will be made if the product you are returning meets the return conditions! Return/Exchange Conditions:

  1. Contact the company.
  2. Collecting the product from the customer and receiving the product at the company's warehouses.
  3. Lingerie and swimwear items cannot be returned.
  4. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with a receipt, and the item must be unused and undamaged. Also, the label and strap that came with the item must be intact.

Will not be accepted:

  • Clothes that have been washed or dried
  • Clothing covered in animal or human hair
  • Items with strong odors of smoke, perfume, cleaning products
  • Signs of deodorant or other stains

How can I check the status of my order?

If you ordered without opening an account on the site, you will receive emails about the status of your order. As soon as you receive an email with a tracking number, you can track your package on the courier company's website. If you placed the order by registering on the site, you can check the status of your orders on the site at any given moment. After logging in to your account, click on the option: "My Account" and select "My Orders", where you will find all the information about the orders you have made.

Some emails are not received after purchase or after signing up for newsletters

I signed up for newsletters on the website / bought on the website, but I have not yet received emails from you. Why? If you use the Gmail e-mail service, it is important to make sure that our newsletters arrive in your main e-mail folder and not in the Promotions folder where they will disappear among hundreds of marketing e-mails. If you don't want to miss the most valuable updates and promotions, we recommend following the following steps:

There is no need to open an account on the website to order. The details entered on the checkout page are used to send the invoice and package.
