Terms of Service – Vlinks

1. Introduction and Agreement

1.1. The website www.vlinksshop.com (the “Website”) is operated and managed by Vlinks (the “Company”).
1.2. By visiting, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) as well as the Company’s Privacy Policy, which together constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.
1.3. These Terms are written in a unified form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice. Publication of the updated Terms on the Website shall constitute sufficient notice, and the date of publication shall be the binding effective date.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1. Use of the Website and purchases may only be made by individuals aged 16 and above, possessing a valid Israeli ID/passport, a valid email address, and a valid credit card issued by an Israeli credit card company, or a valid PayPal account.
3.2. Each customer may open only one account. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or merge duplicate accounts or accounts created in violation of these Terms.
3.3. The Website may be used solely for lawful purposes and for the purpose of browsing, purchasing, or receiving services offered on the Website.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

4.1. You agree to use the Website in a lawful, reasonable, and responsible manner. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following are strictly prohibited: (a) attempting to hack, bypass, or disrupt security measures; (b) using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to collect, copy, or mine data; (c) framing or embedding Website content within another site, visible or hidden; (d) using Website content for any commercial purpose without prior written approval; (e) infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
4.3. Nothing herein shall derogate from any right or remedy available to the Company under any law, including blocking access, canceling orders, or initiating legal proceedings.

5. Products, Information, Images, and Inventory

5.1. The Company endeavors to provide accurate, complete, and updated information on the Website. However, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur in good faith. The Company shall not be held liable for such inaccuracies.
5.2. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual color, texture, size, or fit may differ due to screen displays, photography, or lighting conditions.
5.3. Display of a product on the Website does not constitute a guarantee of availability. The Company does not undertake to hold stock of all items displayed.

6. Prices, VAT, Promotions, and Coupons

6.1. Prices are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping fees unless explicitly specified.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to update product prices, shipping fees, or promotional conditions at any time without prior notice. The binding price for an order is the price displayed at the time of completing payment (Checkout).
6.3. Promotions, discounts, and coupons may be offered via the Website, email, SMS, or other means. The Company may modify or discontinue such offers at any time.
6.4. Stacking promotions is generally not permitted unless explicitly indicated.
6.5. Club coupons: Valid online; may be combined with Website promotional coupons or gift cards but cannot be combined with influencer coupons.
6.6. Where stacking is permitted, no more than two coupons may be applied simultaneously; the system may automatically select the optimal combination for the customer.
6.7. November sales (Black Friday/Cyber Monday): No stacking of offers; club coupons may not be valid during this period.
6.8. Gift cards: Valid for use both on the Website and in the physical TLV Mall store.

7. Orders and Payment

7.1. Purchases shall be completed by filling out a full and accurate order form. Failure to provide accurate details may result in delays or non-delivery. Orders returned due to incorrect details may incur additional shipping/handling charges.
7.2. Orders are subject to authorization by credit card companies and/or PayPal. Only after such authorization shall an order be deemed approved.
7.3. An email confirmation of order receipt does not constitute binding acceptance; it merely indicates receipt of order details in the Company’s system. The Company’s records shall constitute conclusive evidence.
7.4. If payment authorization fails, items are out of stock, or other reasonable grounds arise, the Company may contact the customer to amend or cancel the order and issue a refund.
7.5. The Company reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion, including (without limitation): providing false details, unlawful use of the Website, potential harm to the Website/users, breach of these Terms, outstanding debts, or blocked credit cards.
7.6. The last updated shipping address provided by the customer may be stored as the default delivery address for future use.
7.7. Abandoned carts: The Company may send reminders or follow-up messages regarding abandoned shopping carts.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1. Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch (Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays excluded). Orders placed Thu–Sat are typically dispatched Sunday.
8.2. Delivery methods: Courier delivery to the customer’s address (typically within 3 business days of dispatch) or collection from designated pick-up points, as chosen at checkout.
8.3. Orders including pre-order items will be delivered only once the item arrives at the Company’s warehouse. During November sales delivery times may be extended by up to 7 business days.
8.4. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time, as advertised on the Website. Orders may be combined provided they have not yet been processed/dispatched.
8.5. Deliveries are limited to areas served by Israel Post or courier companies. Delivery outside service areas may be provided at the Company’s discretion and subject to prior arrangement.
8.6. Force majeure and external delays (including strikes, lockdowns, hostilities, natural disasters, or technical malfunctions) shall not be considered a breach by the Company and may cause delivery delays.

9. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges (Consumer Protection Law)

9.1. A customer may cancel an order or return a product within 14 days of receipt or of receiving the confirmation notice (whichever is later), provided the product is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
9.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Direct debit cardholders will receive store credit only), subject to a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
9.3. Returns via courier arranged by the Company are subject to a 25 NIS collection/shipping fee.
9.4. Partial cancellations will be subject to the same deductions (cancellation fee + collection fee if applicable).
9.5. Sale items: Must be returned within 5 business days; refunds subject to 9.2.
9.6. Exchanges: The first exchange per order is free of charge (courier within 5 business days). Additional exchanges cost 35 NIS per courier delivery.
9.7. Hygiene exceptions: Underwear, swimwear bottoms, socks, and hosiery are not eligible for return/exchange, in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines.
9.8. Sets/Bundles: Items purchased as a set must be returned in full; individual items cannot be returned separately.
9.9. No refunds will be issued for items received free of charge (e.g., promotions/gifts).
9.10. Refunds are only available for items priced above 50 NIS.
9.11. The Company retains sole discretion in determining the condition of returned goods.

10. Marketing, Club Membership, and Direct Communication

10.1. During registration or checkout, customers may opt in to receive marketing communications (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp). Customers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each message or by contacting Customer Service.
10.2. Reminders regarding abandoned carts or service-related notifications may be sent in accordance with applicable law.
10.3. The Company complies with the Israeli Communications Law regarding direct marketing and requires express consent.

11. Liability and Limitation of Liability

11.1. Product warranties apply in accordance with manufacturer/Company guidelines. Improper use (including incorrect washing/cleaning) may void warranty.
11.2. Product images are illustrative only; variations may occur.
11.3. In any event, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
11.4. In the event of typographical errors, pricing errors, or other significant inaccuracies, the Company may cancel orders and issue refunds. Such errors shall not constitute a breach.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All intellectual property on the Website—including text, designs, images, descriptions, code, databases, trademarks, and the domain name Vlinks—belongs to the Company or authorized third parties.
12.2. No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, translated, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
12.3. Automated data mining, crawling, or scraping tools are strictly prohibited.
12.4. Framing, masking, or altering Website content, including advertisements, is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy, Data Protection, and Cookies

13.1. Use of personal information is subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13.2. The Website is secured by SSL encryption. The Company does not store credit card details on its servers.
13.3. Cookies may be used for Website operation, user experience, analytics, and marketing. Cookie preferences may be managed in your browser.
13.4. The Company may share information with employees, subcontractors, and service providers solely for the purpose of providing services. The Company may disclose information if required by law, legal proceedings, merger/acquisition, or in case of suspected violations of law/Terms.

14. Service Interruptions, Changes, and Force Majeure

14.1. The Company endeavors to provide continuous, high-quality service. However, interruptions, downtime, unauthorized access, or technical malfunctions may occur. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
14.2. The Company may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature/service of the Website, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1. These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
15.2. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Website.

16. General Provisions

16.1. Section headings are provided for convenience only.
16.2. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
16.3. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.4. Nothing herein shall derogate from any right or remedy available to the Company under applicable law.
