Shipping policy
– Store pickup: Up to 1 business day
– Express home delivery: 1–3 business days
– Orders over ₪499: Free express delivery
– Orders under ₪499: Express delivery costs ₪25
– We are committed to packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible
– Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding the day the order is placed
– Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, public rest days, intermediate festival days, and memorial days are not considered business days – therefore, orders placed on Thursday after 15:00, Friday, or Saturday will be shipped on Sunday and delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch
– Orders placed the day before a holiday or during a holiday will be shipped the day after the holiday and delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch
– Deliveries to Eilat, the Arava, and Judea & Samaria take 1–4 business days
– Delivery times may be delayed during November promotions and Black Friday campaigns
– Please ensure you are available to receive a call from the courier
– Delivery times are subject to the terms of Tapuz Couriers
– Delivery times for pre-order items may vary – if your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped only once that item arrives at our warehouse
