• Up to 14 business days from the moment the customer receives the items, provided that the product is not damaged.

• The first exchange on each order is free of charge with home delivery within 5 business days.

• All subsequent exchanges cost 35 NIS with home delivery.

• Have you received items and would like to exchange them or return them to us for any reason?

• Exchanges are made with a courier to your doorstep in coordination with the company.

• The courier arrives at your home within 5 business days from the moment we approve the exchange. If the items you are returning meet the return conditions, the courier collects the items you are returning from you and gives you the items you requested to exchange.

• In the event of partial cancellation (crediting part of the products), after the items have been sent to the customer and after receiving the items at the company's warehouses, a credit will be given for the items, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product that is the subject of the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower, and minus transportation fees (25 shekels) for returning the product ( with a courier who comes to your door to collect the items on behalf of the company ).

• In the event of a transaction cancellation after the items have been sent to the customer and after the items have been received at the company's warehouses, a credit will be given for the items, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product that is the subject of the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower, and minus a shipping fee (25 shekels) for returning the product (with a courier who comes to your door to collect the items on behalf of the company).

• In the event of a transaction cancellation before the items have been sent to the customer, a credit will be given for the items and shipping, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product that is the subject of the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower.

• We do not take responsibility for the loss of items sent via Israel Post or by any other means not on behalf of the company.

• No monetary credit will be given for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts.

Credits cannot be made to Direct cards. If a transaction is made with a Direct card, you can receive a gift card (for use on the site only) for the amount of the transaction.

Credits cannot be made to cards that have been reported as lost or stolen to credit card companies. If a transaction is made with a card that has been reported to credit card companies as stolen or lost after the transaction is made, a gift card can be received for the amount of the transaction.

• Any cancellation of a "Gift Card" purchase will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, where it will be possible to cancel the purchase of the voucher within 14 days only, and only if the voucher has not been redeemed.

Exchange for another item is carried out according to the discounts available on the site at the time of the exchange. Please note that coupon codes and personal discounts (such as points) will not be included in the exchange calculation process.

Exchange for the same item in a different size or color is made according to the discount made at the time of purchase.

Return/Exchange Process:

Specify which items you would like to return or exchange and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. A service representative will answer all your questions.
3. You will be entitled to return/exchange the items by collecting the product from your home by prior arrangement with an external shipping company on behalf of the company.
4. After we receive the items (between 7-14 business days from the time of collection) and if they meet the return conditions, you will be given a refund/credit or we will send you other items at your request.


Return/Exchange Terms:

• Not accepted: clothing without a ticket

Not accepted: Clothing with signs of makeup, deodorant, or other stains

Not accepted: clothes that have been washed or dried

Not accepted: clothing covered in animal or human hair

Not accepted: clothes with strong odors of smoke, perfume, cleaning products

Not accepted: Tofus without removable cushions

Used cups and bottles that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Lingerie and swimwear items cannot be returned.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with a receipt, and the item must not have been used or damaged in any way. Also, the label and strap that came with the item must be intact .

If the product/item is returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited and the item will be sent back with additional shipping fees.
