  • Express home delivery: between 1-3 business days.
  • For orders over NIS 299 or more, express delivery is free of charge.

Exchange and return policy

• Up to 14 business days and provided the product is not damaged

• The first exchange on each order is free of charge with a courier to your home up to 5 business days.

• All exchanges after that cost 35 NIS with a courier to the house

• Have you received items and you wish to exchange them or return them to us for any reason?

• Exchanges are carried out with a courier to your doorstep in coordination with the company

• The courier arrives at your home within 5 business days from the moment the exchange is approved by us. If the items you are returning meet the return conditions, the courier collects the items you are returning from you and gives you the items you requested to exchange.

• In case of cancellation of a transaction after the items have been sent to the customer and after the items have been received in the company's warehouses, a credit will be given for the items minus cancellation fees at a rate of 5% of the price of the product subject to the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is the lower, minus NIS 25 transportation fees "h" (even if the transportation was free of charge or at a reduced price) and minus transportation fees (25 NIS) for the return of the product (with a courier to your door on behalf of the company)

• We do not take responsibility for the loss of items sent through Israel Post or in any other way not on behalf of the company.

Process of returning/exchanging items:
